You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, email us at support@mailpilots.in with your account email address. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
